We met Kryell and Quinn in All I’ve Ever Wanted, All I’ve Ever Needed as close friends to Harlow. Kyrell is a successful business owner who owns a dispensary and Quinn is a
Kyrell came off as a huge asshole playboy in the beginning and I was not a fan. The more layers that were pulled away about him you start to understand why he is the way that he is. Kyrell and Quinn both have suffered from trauma due to their parents and their childhood. The pair have great chemistry and decided to start an FWB arrangement. They are exactly what the other needs…Quinn needs someone to help her loosen up and Kyrell needs someone to keep him grounded.
I laughed just as much as I cried in this book. The story between Kyrell and his dad was just a beautiful but sad journey. I loved the first book more but this was still a great read.

I really love the banter and way that A E Valdez writes her characters, plot, stories and how they build on one another within this friend group. Her characters have such a vibe. I’m excited to read the next book.
