Not as thrilling as the first book in the series but The Sea of Monsters does mention some famous stories from the Oddysey although not rare for Rick Riordan’s Percy Jackson series, it’s quite a chaotic read considering the smooth plot and story-building of the book prior to it, since the story seems to be not very connected up until the very end.
