Kyouko Hori is known for being smart, attractive, and popular at school. What her classmates don’t know, though, is how many responsibilities she has outside of school. She’s in charge of the house while her parents are at work and spends most of her free time watching over her younger brother, Souta. She doesn’t have time to go out with friends or spend money on silly things. It’s actually kind of lonely being Hori.

Miyamura Izumi is kind of gloomy. His long, disheveled hair and big classes make him come across as kind of an otaku. Most people think he’s a loser. What people don’t know about Miya is that, outside of school, he is pierced and tatted and actually kind of attractive??? He’s nothing like the boring classmate everyone thinks they know.

When Miya walks Souta home one day and shows up unexpectedly on Hori’s doorstep, the two realize they have more in common than not. More, both feel like they can be themselves around each other.

Will this new relationship blossom into more than friendship??

This is such a cute manga! I love the story so far and our main characters. I’m looking forward to reading more!

Love the story. Love all the characters. It's really fun to read. I'm currently at vol 3 and will countinue the serie.

Hori and Miyamura are so CUTE. I started the anime recently and decided to pick up the manga as well. This is such a cute and wholesome series, easily one of my new favorite mangas!
