Overall, I really enjoyed this series. Yes, there are plot twists that simultaneously break your heard and want to make you throw the book off the side of a cruise ship because you're so pissed off.
This third book was very easy to read, but did drag on at the end. I'm looking forward to reading the spin-offs of this, although I'm not sure if I will finish the second half of the series.
Why did she end up writing the last three books? This book as an end! Everything is good! Everyone is happy! I don't understand why she unravels everything after this.

you can see how Cassandra Clare’s writing improved with every book. every character felt more flushed out!! Isabelle grew on me more, so did Jace (which I didn’t think was possible in that I alr liked him so much) great plot, great character arcs, and great “mini” ending to the story. But honestly beyond this, clary telling everything to a random stranger was annoying af like COME ON CLARY
