This was good, I like the banter between Ford and Hartley. I loved how he broke down and loved her and protected her. The brothers live for her was amazing.
The twist was very unexpected and brought a lot to the ending.
Loved how they made it through and their love just got stronger.
Overall great read

Listened on audio! Great performance!

An easy Billionaire romance with no third act break up!

Loved the characters. Ford was strong without being overly pushy; Harley was sassy and sweet. Laura Pavlov does a great job creating characters that I love. I only rated this story with a two because it was too quick and not developed well enough to let me get invested in what was happening. It almost felt like everything happened over a week or two because the story moved so fast.

You might get hungry while reading this one !

This is the first book in Laura Pavlov’s Montgomery Brothers series, it could have been your usual enemies to lovers trope, but it isn’t. Laura Pavlov took this trope and gave it a fresh new look. Giving the characters depth and vulnerability and making them more real in the process.

This is a story of Ford and Harley, and it’s a story with twists and turns that you never see coming. There is plenty of drama in this story but the emotional connection between these two holds true. You are going to get sucked into the story and want to shop at Harley’s bakery and the relationship Ford has with his brothers really will hit you in the feels.

This is just a really great story, don’t miss this one! I can’t wait to see what’s in story for the other brothers!

Wow... Laura Pavlov out does herself once again. I genuinely enjoy everything this girl writes, and The Legacy was no different. The plot was spectacular and led to a fun, fast read that transported me straight into the world of the Montgomery Brothers.

It's not often that I say that a book can truly make me forget where I am, but this one did. The story between Ford and Harley swept me off my feet from page 1 and there were many times during reading it that I genuinely forgot I was reading and felt like I was right there with them.

The romance between Harley and Ford was one for the ages. I absolutely loved the banter between them, the witty romance that developed over a perfect amount of time in my opinion, all which led to a beautiful romance that I thoroughly enjoyed.

Moving onto the family/friendship aspect of the book - which may have been my favorite part of The Legacy. The relationship that developed between Harley and all 3 brothers was so sweet (bakery pun intended), and the friendships that formed/strengthened between friends and family played a key role in the story. These storylines are almost always my favorite as they bring out a different side of the characters and this was no different. We can't forget about Gramps!!

The Legacy highlighted some darker storylines which I haven't read much of before, which in my opinion made this read even more enjoyable. I enjoyed reading outside of my comfort zone, as difficult as it was.

Overall I absolutely loved this book!! I loved the romance, the families, and of course the baking (my favorite).

So... would I recommend this book to a friend? 100% yes!!! I'm so in love with this book I would tell everybody and their sister to read this!! It's an eye opener for sure but it's a necessary read.
