3.5 - as much as i loved the First Book - the sequel was too much for me - too many characters and timelines and lots of graphic descriptions of violence which I didn’t really need (also why are there no trigger warnings for books?!). Maybe it’s better to not read the sequel right after you finished the first (very epic) book and give the story some time to miss it (& the characters) before continuing.
