NARRATORS: GRAPHIC AUDIO FULL-CAST

VIBES⇩
  • fantasy romance
  • war college for dragon riders
  • new adult enemies to lovers
  • dark academia
  • lovable dragons
  • Graphic Audio Edition
  • full-cast dramatization

PROS⇩

  • I already loved this author’s contemporary romances
  • she pulls off the new genre of fantasy fantastically
  • exceptional world-building
  • These dragons are oozing personality…they are actually the best part of the whole series
  • the narration is exceptionally cast for the most part

CONS⇩

  • The sound effects can be a touch distracting, although it was better when I had headphones on. The voice actor reading for Xaden just didn’t hit right, but Violet’s VA hit perfectly and she was immensely better than Rebecca Soler from the OG audio. Also, the voice for Tairn wasn’t surly enough.
  • I’m making myself wait to start part 1 of Iron Flame until later this year to have the story fresh in my mind for Book #3.
  • I’ll have to listen to the boring regular narration the first time around; which will throw off the voices of everyone. Because I know I won’t be able to wait for the third book to come out on Graphic Audio.
