Space for More

4.12 AVERAGE

Space for More is an FFM alien romance featuring fated mates, second chance, hurt/comfort, and two sharp aliens who meet a captivating human. The story follows Edin, who after arriving on Spire station for a medical convention, is intercepted by two agents to carry out an undercover assignment that could save lives. Edin is tasked with the job of getting close to Phelix, a grumpy alien who is carrying vital information. With the help of her partner, his estranged and charming mate, Mezli, the two plan to seduce the information out of Phelix.

I loved every minute of this alien romance! The romance and spy plot tangled together perfectly, I love that neither overshadowed the other and they both just added to the tension between Mezli, Phelix, and Edin. The three were so enamored with each other and it was so sweet to read about them slowly opening up and learning to share their feelings instead of being stubborn all the way through. I often find in FFM romances, that the FF relationship is underdeveloped, but, Mezli and Edin were absolutely on the same page and had even more time to get to know each other than the women did with Phelix. I am so excited to see where this series goes and can't wait for the next installment!

~Many thanks to Emily Antoinette for an ARC of this book in return for an honest review.

ARC review

This was a great triad sci fi romance read and the pacing was good. Eden was an interesting mix of confident and insecure - comfortable in her own body most of the time, but still liable to self doubt. Mezli was her perky self, frequently using humor to cover her true feelings as much as she used her social mask. Phelix was adorable and I LOVED that he wasn’t the stereotypical hyper muscular MMC. He was insecure AF (for good reason) and had a different kind of mask than Mezli that he used to move through life. Eden was the most openly authentic of the 3 and was essential to cutting through the BS, but still needed the love and compassion from the other 2.
I enjoyed the driving plot, and that it was higher stakes. Variety is the spice of life and all.

Spice: 5/5

Triggers: kidnapping, fat phobia, emotionally abusive parent, slut shaming, violence

Wow just wow!! This book was fantastic!

I loved every minute of it. I just devoured it and I want more.

This was even better then the first book and I didn't think anything could top that.

This FFM alien romance has all the spice and the characters r relatable even if they mostly are aliens.

Emily this was so fantastic u should be so proud because this is amazing. I can't wait to see what happens next on the spire.

I’m not gone lie I wasn’t really a fan. This one didn’t do it for me. And I love alien stories and poly dreams. But it just couldn’t pull me in.

I left out like 70% of the book through.

Listen... even though I am very much an MMF girl, this FFM book was just what I needed and may have changed my opinion on that pairing. It was hot and interesting but also funny and did I mention hot? I love all the interesting characters and species that I am learning and coming to love in this Spire Station series. I enjoy how vulnerable Emily's characters are and how relatable they always seem to be, even when they are aliens! This is such an easy alien romance to dive into. There is a glossary and pronunciation guide and everything flows so flawlessly.

4.5 rounded up.

Didn't quite steal my heart as much as Space for Love, but I still thoughouly enjoyed this quick spicy read. I got to say, I don't think there was a single chapter where these three weren't thinking about sex. Which, if that doesn't bother you, then hop on for the ride - destination: the Spire.

Highly recommend if you're looking for a hot fun alien romance that doesn't take itself too seriously. Oh, but start with Book 1: Space for Love.

Can't wait for book 3!

Quite long, but a fun listen.  The big twist was not all that surprising, but this is very romance-forward so it wasn't the focus of the book anyway.
funny lighthearted fast-paced

Cute, fune, fast read good characters. Smut amount is perfect and overall good vibes, the characters from the last book make an appearance which I love in a series like this to see.
emotional fast-paced

Aside from the anatomy mathematics I had to succumb to, this was a very emotional and spicy read.
