Both hilariously funny and packed full of probably hyperbolized information about what it’s like to farm in England. Delightful.

If I could give this book a higher rating, I would. You think you know what farming is like from what little we know about it from TV but Clarkson goes in completely unprepared and you get to see the nitty-gritty side of it all. The book closely follows the show, with little added extras, like facts and statistics and rules and all the stuff that Clarkson doesn't really mention in the show. It has his humour and it's quite mind-bending just exactly what he faced in his first year as a true farmer and I love that it's very quickly become his second passion.

A very insightful but yet funny book written in the classic Jeremy Clarkson way. A nice easy to read book.
