Lovely story about Frank and Isle and the people who inhabit their lives. I loved the role music played throughout this story. I'm definitely listening to the spotify playlist that houses the songs from this book. I liked the honesty of how hard/raw life can be. Frank's mom Peg drove me nuts- hope I'm never that selfish as a mother.
This book is a great little musical gem. The characters are lovable, the story is fresh, and the description of music makes me appreciate it even more.
The only thing that would make this book better is a playlist to go along with it, but guess what? It already exists on Spotify!

Not as good as The Unlikely Pilgrimage of Harold Fry. It was a little drippy and sad.
Enjoyed the start then got bored, such good story ideas but the characters didn't come alive for me, interesting stories about classic music.
Very sweet story. Need a feel good book? Read this one.
