Not usually a fan of Wolverine, but I loved this storyline (& really loved the art)!

Almost dead, regenerates. Same old Wolverine story. Stops from being a cold blooded murderer but still exacts some sort of justice or punishment. And continues to pine for/mourn Jean Grey. Utterly uninteresting.

The story works here, even if the art isn't necessarily my favorite in this installment. Wolverine as a character just has a great voice, which stands out in this Civil War story. There were bits of the ending that were a little confusing to me, I think because of the way they were drawn. But it was entertaining overall.

ONe of the best titles in Civil War, this shows Logan as a hunter and as an investigator in corporate crime. Both are dealt with gusto, relying on the character's personality and skills in new ways. A must companion to Civil War.

Good Wolverine story set against the Marvel Civil War backdrop. Usually, these off-shoot books are just filler, but this was obviously helped by a great character. I did not like the artwork, however. A little too out-of-proportioned and cartoony for me.

Really cool story. Wolverine is such a BA. There were a few parts that were a little dumb, but overall great part in the series. On to the next one!

Or what Wolverine was up to while the rest of the Marvel universe was asploding. Turns out: mostly he was beating the shit out of people. Which, okay: I don’t turn to Wolverine for discussions of [author: Proust], but the action/character development ratio in this wasn’t to my liking. Also: man, that is some distractingly ugly art. I know, I know—it’s a comic book, but does that really mean everyone has to look so ridiculously cartoonish?
