A little predictable, but still enjoyable. Also a story that could only be set in the 90s.

I read these as a tween, so it's fun to go back every once in awhile to the thrillers of my youth. It's also funny to read a book focused on a landline. As an adult, I have many more questions about the safety of Fear Street being addressed, as well as the teens investigating murders and wrongful accusations, but still a fun throwback.

1. i could have made some money if i wrote my weird ideas in 5th grade because this is what they looked like
2. sometimes two girls are straight friends. apparently they don't need to be gfs??
