I picked this up on a whim at the bookstore. I had never heard of it and had no frame of reference for this story. I enjoyed it overall. The tone was a little humorous and generally focused on the mundanity of life - in the department of unusual cases. I liked getting to know the characters and their relationships. I do wish the mystery had given a little more but I can tell that wasn’t the project here and I respect that.
