This was one of my favorites of the year! Its a enemies to lovers story with a rich girl falling for the working class guy! The relationship between Racer and Georgie is hilarious...with all the pranks and antagonizing it really reminds me of me and my husband!

She needs help getting her shop fixed up and he needed a side job to make some extra money. They spend a lot of time together....so naturally they were going to get together! He shows her how to loosen up and have a good time. He also stood up for her when her dad was trying to tear her down. Basically Racer is super great boyfriend material! I love him! One of the cutest things in this book is the book of words that Georgie keeps. It brings up some really cool sounding words.

Great book. I laughed out loud, cheered for Racer, and got so mad at Georgiana's dad. While it is a romance, it also tells how you should not judge someone based off their family.

I read this as an audiobook and the voices and vocal choices took some getting used to but overall this was a fun light-hearted romp. The romance scenes were excellent and the plot was great. I love Quinn's humourous writing style and will be working my way through her bibliography.

description

I’ve been curious for Racer’s story since he first appeared in Tucker’s book. And I’m so glad Meghan Quinn gave him his own story, because he deserved it, and this book was hilarious.

Hate to love stories are within my favorites, and this was no exception. Racer and Georgiana hated each other for a good portion of this book, but the sparks were flying every each way, and it was so so clear that they were perfect for each other despite all of it. They just fit!

Racer was a great character, full of layers. I loved him. I loved how he would do anything to preserve a memory of someone who meant the world to him. I loved how he fought for his friends and the people he loved. He was amazing. And Georgie had so much more to her than first met the eye. I really liked how she stood up for herself and fought for her dreams, even though her father and mother didn’t support her decisions (or any independent thinking…).

The romance was all kinds of hot and amazing too. It started as hate, then it evolved to a mutual respect, and then it went to something more. Way more. I really liked how it developed, and even though the conflict was predictable, I still enjoyed how the plot developed and the conflict between our two main characters.

And the side characters!!! Bahhhh! I want books about them all, I hope Small’s book is next, because I want it NOW!

OVERALL, ANOTHER HILARIOUS, ROMANTIC, WONDERFULLY WRITTEN BOOK BY THE AMAZING MEGHAN QUINN. SO, WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR? GO READ IT!

Ugh, this was a ridiculously adorable light hearted enemies to lovers romance. So far Racer is my favorite hero from Meghan Quinn. He says the most absurd things that you just can’t help but find endearing.

GAAAH! This book! OMG I loved Racer and George!!! Between the banter and the sizzling chemistry these two have is just wow! From the moment Racer was hired and came in to meet Georgiana with out her knowledge, had me in stitches. The comments these two make towards each other to fight that lingering zap these two have between each other was priceless.... Out of all the books so far that are intertwined with these characters, this one is my favorite. I thought Tucker was swoon worthy!! Nope. Racer all the way. He has the quick wit and the sweetheart that makes you utterly fall for him! The way he pushes Georgiana and stands up for her is just wow.
Overall, I loved loved loved this book. It was utterly amazing. It is a classic Meghan Quinn book that will have you laughing so hard and heart melting at the same time. The characters are spot on and you can't help but immerse yourself into the world that Quinn has created for these characters! Highly recommend this to anyone who wants a heartfelt laugh and sizzling passion!

This was my *least* favorite of the whole series. It just seemed like a forced relationship, but I can kind of see why Meghan made these two a couple in a way... I guess. I did connect with Racer on certain aspects, like his father passing away, etc; but I really did not like Georgiana or her friends/family in the book. I liked the banter we got from the boys (Tucker and Arron "Smalls") and how some of the stuff worked out towards the end of the book, but it did all kind of seem to fall into place almost too simply.
