A mind opener and thought provoking. Some chapters are to to be read many times. Only caveat is applicability for a Normal executive and person in professional and personal life is a challenge . Could have been 50 pages shorter . Definitely worth a read . Everyone will come out richer

I wanted to like this but really struggled. I did not like the examples and the thesis did not seem compelling. Was reading it for a work book club or probably would not have finished.
