Booklover was another fun installment in the Vino & Veritas series and I really enjoyed watching these two MCs find their happily ever after. Though I did find it a bit unrealistic that this book club seemed to meet and read a book once a week. I enjoyed Briar and Jamie's story but like with the previous book there was just something missing that kept me from loving it. Perhaps it was bogged down in side plots - the family drama, the criminal drama, the school drama, the drama for the sake of drama drama. I also found myself rolling my eyes at time with the two MCs obsession and reenactment of their favorite romance novels....just seemed a little much for a book that already had a lot of things going on. But take away all the extra this was a sweet story about two lonely souls finding their way to each other, falling in love, and that's never a bad thing.
