This is a very sweet story about best friends and love. It felt like I was reading one of the teen books from my youth, which I really enjoyed experiencing once again. It felt surprisingly emotional and the characters were well developed. The story is told in alternating voices, 1st half hers, 2nd half his, which I didn't love and often felt repetitive. Overall, a charming book that I enjoyed reading. The ending, however, wasn't satisfying and felt like a letdown. Thank you to Edelweiss+ for the ARC.
