Long descriptions on flowers and some places the character lived. Not what I'm looking for atm.

This is an ode to settling down and the home life and I really enjoyed it! I look forward to rereading this in my 30s and getting even more out of the cooking tips, gardening anectotes and renovation accounts. But even as for now, this was a very enjoyable read. Super different from what I expected this book to be!

Some parts I skipped through, some parts I read over and over again. I loved this book, and was thoroughly comforted. I loved the writing style too, and really enjoyed reading this as a taurus moon

2.5/5 - not bad just a little slow!

Very cute book! Nothing too different about it but I loved hearing how she describes her homes and what she thought made that place home. It was a fun quick read, I listened to it on audio book which I found more enjoyable then reading it. She also includes recipes and other domestic tips. Its just a sweet casual read!
