I think having a villain is always helpful. I will say this I am so proud of Jackson owning his problems and finding a way to fix them.
I think Jazmin was the worst because the reality is she hurt so many more people rather than talk with her brother.
I am happy that Liam stood up for himself as did Bowie.
The ending was super cute.

The best part of the book were the characters. They all felt fleshed out and real. They really saved the book because I could rate this lower for the predictability. Just reading the plot, you know from a mile away that it’s going to be Mean Girls-esque and the anticipation was awful. I really wished the author chose a different route for the plot and Jasmine.

This was so enjoyable, and Jackson's world felt so well developed.
Minor: Ableism
From the main character's family as well as their ex.
I had a blast reading this book. It was funny, it was sad, it was heartwarming, it had theatre kids. Need I say more? I felt like the disability representation was seamless, but that's only my opinion. Definitely will be coming back to this book whenever I need cheering-up. Fast, easy read that had me hooked instantly.

I'm always getting sucked into reading whatever the author writes because I loved the Darius series, and Kiss and Tell was a cute story.
I didn't know that this story contains high school swimming, Liam Doquyt, and the love interests of both Jasmine Ghasnavi and Jackson Ghasnavi. The story is less of a high school sports superstar trying out for a role in a theater clique, but more of Liam wanting to do something for himself and somehow get closer to Jackson without being too blunt about his feelings.
First off, Jasmine is a pretty horrible older sister, and the ending didn't show too much "development" from her standpoint. However, for Jackson, the story ended in a different light, as he somehow managed to find himself attending the GSA meetings, as he decided to do something else outside of theater.
I do like how the author intertwines Liam's swimming by trying to teach Jackson how to swim. Most stories wouldn't have considered doing something like this, as the main character's background stays the main character's background, and nothing more is added. Also, making a point on Jackson's disability and highlighting how his own family handles it adds flaws that families are never perfect.
The story is cute enough on how it ended, but it feels like there could be a sequel to this story.
