I love this second book of the series because I just love Jacob. I adore the time that Bella spends with him and how much levity he brings to the story. I am thankful that Meyers always includes at least one other classic form of literature to weave through this series. It is the reason I started reading the Brontë sisters and fell in love with them. Mostly with Anne. Stephenie’s parallels with Romeo and Juliet on this one were inspired. Once again, once I start reading anything by Meyers, I just can’t stop.
