Wow!!! I was blown away with this sequel! Rosaria knows how to write a captivating story that explores politics and revolutions and the characters having to make extremely difficult choices on both ends. I was invested in these characters and you could see the struggle in every decision they had to make. The relationships between characters shifted and evolved as they had to re-evaluate their beliefs and between all these aspects it makes for a book that you won't want to put down. Looking forward to the final book!

Dear Flamefall,

I need a rest. Wow. I’m so overly invested in these characters, it might be detrimental to my real life. 

This would be in the running for “sequels that are better than the first book in a series”.

La tension dans ce deuxième tome est quasi-insoutenable. À chaque chapitre, j'angoisse, j'ai peur pour la suite. Je pose et reprends et repose le livre. Je n'ai pas envie que la saga se termine.
Il est parfait. Cette série est parfaite. La cerise sur le gâteau ? L'auteure s'est inspirée de tragédies grecques durant sa conception.
