A bundle of clever stories where you cheer for the criminal.

I really enjoyed reading this short collection of stories about different adventures of the famous fictional French thief Arsene Lupin. They are witty and entertaining. My favorite story was "The Seven of Hearts," which tells the story of how Arsene Lupin and one of his best friends met. I would recommend the book to anyone who is a fun of mysteries and intrigue.

This was fairly amusing but I would've enjoyed it more if all the female characters hadn't been air-headed, weak, and constantly fainting ninnies. The sexism is strong here.

This is an excellent way to understand what the new TV show LUPIN is based on.

Lupin is self-satisfied but almost deserves to be. He is truly a master planner. My favourite part was when he sends a note saying "send these three pictures and save us all some time; otherwise I will steal them all next Friday at 3 p.m."

He's basically a noble fellow, but you wouldn't want to be on the wrong side of him.
Most of all, he openly ENJOYS being the smartest guy in the room, and plays with his opponents in a way more like Moriarty than Holmes.

Highly recommended, and an easy read because it's a selection of somewhat-linked short stories.
