A kindle freebie and the last in the Green series. The whole beginning tornado storyline was ok, but then it dragged on and I was just wishing the book would end. I would have been better off not reading this last book because it was a complete disapointment. Overall, I would not recommend this series, but it wasn't awful.

Having read the first two in this series (got them both for free on Amazon), I purchased this one for my Kindle so I could finish out the trilogy. I really enjoyed the first two and this one did not disappoint! It had another good story line, with all of the characters in Green, Louisiana that I had grown to love. Good book :)

I'd probably give all the Green books so far 3.5 stars, but I rounded up because I really enjoy the characters and Lois's journey of faith. Christie's writing grows stronger with each book, and I'm more looking forward to the continuation of her recent Trumpet and Vine series. But, I'm enjoying "visiting" Green and reading about characters with integrity and a sense of community that is tested in compelling ways.
