This book will be a delight for a reader who wishes to have a jetsetgo experience around the world, through a culinary lens.

Susan Buckley shares her story and the story of her husband, Peter Buckley. An old friend of Ernest Hemmingway and Mary Hemmingway, Antonio Ordóñez, Peter was a complete foodie. He loved to uncover facts about the food itself, the thoughts of the chef who prepared it / the farmer who cultivated it / the manufacturer who produced it. This book covers countries like France, Spain, Morocco, and covers epic scenes like the bull fighting in Spain, devouring an enormous cheese platter in Paris, eating out at four 3 Michelin Star Restaurants within a week, going on a shopping spree at the farmer's markets with the jovial and ever inquisitive Peter Buckley, having conversations with friends and near and dear ones over exquisite dinners, creating recipes from scratch, this book covers these experiences beautifully.

Though at times, it did feel that a few of the facts were missing, because the author couldn't recollect them clearly. That hampered the reading experience to a small extent.
