Originally published as From Jo March's Attic, The Lost Stories of Louisa May Alcott is a short-story collection of 9 of her thrillers written between 1868-1870 and published originally in Frank Leslie's Lady's Magazine. Like her best know character Jo March, Louisa wrote anonymous thrillers to support herself and her family. Louisa May Alcott is my favorite author. I love both her children's literature and her thrillers.

Very, very melodramatic. That being said these stories are exactly what I've always imagined Jo March writing. So for that reason alone, if you're a fan of Little Women, you might want to give this book a go.
