Fun, sweet, heartfelt, enticing

Greece has always been on my travel bucket list and reading the destination descriptions in this book was satisfying in this time of no travel. I really enjoyed the character development for all of the primary characters. The blossoming romance and the 2nd suitor twist was well done with enough emotional complexity to allow me to feel Sarah's conflict. Am excited to read the next book and have preordered the 3rd one.

This story started with such promise. The writing style, characters and descriptions of the Greek islands instantly transports you to the Aegean.

I do feel a little cheated by the ending, however. If you like to finish a book with a sense of closure, then this one isn’t for you. So many questions are left unanswered, it definitely felt like there were a good couple of chapters missing.

This was a fun holiday read that kept me entertained the whole time. While this book isn’t ground breaking in any way, it made my heart happy and made me smile reading it. I also loved that the main character is an Aussie, as is the author.
Give it a go if you want an easy and sweet read

A light, enjoyable read that made me wish I was on holiday in Greece (Santorini is definitely on the bucket list!). Wish there had been more resolve in the end but all in all a good summer read.
