Okay so huge thank you to K.A. Knight and Kendra Moreno for providing me with an ARC of this work, I loved it. The circus is a place of so many possibilities and the community this one has managed to establish was so fun to read about. Everyone had their own story and facets to their character which helped create the bonds within the cirque. I also loved wathing Ember develop from someone who was at such a low in their life to realising you can't always be the better person in a world lacking good people. It had the air of a criminal minds episode in which you want the unsub to win cause they're taking out bad guys. I would have loved to learn a little more about the world setting which seemed to be a mixture of modern with some revisionist history that i'd like to explore. I'd love to see more of Ember and her guys!
