The world building in this book is brilliant; the way the author is able to develop this universe in a way that keeps the reader engaged is an incredible talent.

The characters are lovable and I enjoyed Mickey’s perspective and thoughts throughout the story. The characters felt genuine and human.

Also the way the author writes is fun, interesting and engaging. My favourite quote is in chapter one and from that point onwards I was hooked.
