Would I have liked this book more if I had read, not listened to it? Maybe, but not much. I can’t count the number of times I heard the line “he opened his mouth, closed it again.” It’s a tired description and it was used so many times. How did an editor not intervene?

This book had like the quietest plot ever. Like it was just a book about a guy who accidentally was a double and then that was it for 100 pages and then BOOM doomsday. I really didn't understand it. This book wasn't boring per se, it was mundane. I get that not every second of living on an ice planet is going to be riveting but I feel like there should've been more to the plot then "There's two of him but that's about it they're just kinda snarky to each other and most of the book is spent worried about food."

No shade, but cmon mannnnn. More time on creepers and less time on kcals yk? It was still a good book though!!!! I would give it a 3.5.
