This was the hardest book for me to get through in this series but don't let it discourage you from the series as a whole. I just thought the MMC was WAYY to over the top and he annoyed me a lot. It came across more as controlling than overprotective. The rest of the series was AMAZING and I finished like each book in a day!
2.5 stars for Kurt and KURT ONLY , istg i found myself enjoying the scenes with the cat more than the main characters.

why are all her MMC these deeps misundersood villains with complex trauma yet with a heart of gold for their women that also get these amazing groundbreaking character developpements yet her fmc are so basic shallow and have the same repetitive annoying 2012 wattpad " im not like other girls " thing going on ??? five books in and it's the same shit .
i kept reading this series before 1- the MMCs are great "minus luca ew" , 2- because of the disability representation and i love it and 3- because i thought by some miracle her FMC would have some type of character developpement but nope none
is this her projecting her own persona or does she genuinely think this is the type of FMC we want to read ? or is this plain old internalized misogyny.
back to Milene, i thought nurses are supposed to be smart yet she is the most dense fmc ever with the most annoying body betraying syndrom, she says she would never sleep with him yet lets him rub her off all in the same breath.
this moron acts like she was born and raised into poverty whenever he bought something expensive ,did her teenage horniness mess with her head and make her forget that she was the daughter and sister of a CAPOOO , she was always loaded why is she somehow shocked by money now ???
don't get me started how she disobeyed her brother and the don and went into another don's territory without permission to pursue nursing which is her " passion" and her " calling" yet when Salvatore forced her to quit her dream job all she did was stomp her feet like the toddler she is and just accept that she's gonna be a trophy wife holed up in his penthouse 24/7.

Este fue más clásico, por decirlo de algún modo. Él es malo malísimo, se obsesiona con ella, a ella le gusta en el fondo y terminan enamorados. Bien.
Tengo algunos peros respecto a manejar personales neurodivergentes de manera tan superficial, creo que si bien los clichés ayudan a la visibilización, hay que dedicarles cierto desarrollo.
Por lo demás, gusta, y por supuesto ya me rindo a mi adicción y voy a leer el que sigue.

INSUFRIBLE. Esa es la palabra que describe a la perfección a los dos protagonistas. Tooodo el mundo los ama y yo sigo sin entender el porqué.
