I won this book in a goodreads giveaway :) I'm not that good at writing reviews but I'll try. the book was about eric who ends up becoming a blood slave for a powerful vampire named elizabet. i thought the theory of the vampires in this book was good. I mean there's so many different vampire books and this one kinda sticks to the original vampire stereotype where vampire's feed off humans but it also throws some new stuff in too. for one I thought the writing was good. there was a couple times that I didn't like how it was written but overall I liked the book. I loved the characters. Eric with his shyness. I liked how his character grew in the book. I also liked how it wasn't just M/F sex scenes in the book that it was more M/M/F or M/M and I like Eric relationships with the other people in the book. i did not like how it ended though. i thought it was a complete series condensed in a single book and usually series end with a decently happy ending and this was not that. I just found out there's another series to read after this one so I need to read that one then maybe there will be a happy ending in that one. overall I liked the book a lot and definitely recommend it to anyone who loves vampire books. :)
