I am so proud of finishing this book because it took me 6 arduous months. Hated it for most of those BUT when I started reading it in larger, connected chunks I really started to enjoy the language and story. Need to reevaluate the way I read classics because I think I’m my own worse enemy sometimes.
Lucie was a bit bland but I'm rounding up my 4.5 because Dickens is so much better than I remember from high school. Loved using the Serial app to read this, too.
