Incredible. No nonsense. Refreshing. The good, the bad, the ugly of British feminism past and present. Wonderful manifesto in the epilogue- read aloud to feel powerful.

As you learn about the different women leading these feminist  movements, the author challenges the reader to, at the same time, appreciate their accomplishments and reflect on their shortcomings. It was helpful practice in accepting people as whole individuals and to not to dismiss, judge, or sanctify. Women have the right to be difficult even towards other women.
