When this started off I really enjoyed it! But about halfway through this lost me a little bit. I loved the fun quirky romance and the bold female main character who is a chemist in the 1950s-60s. Without giving away spoilers, I found it kind of boring after a certain event takes place about 1/3 of the way through. The narrator of the audiobook was great!
