Leicht und schnell zu lesen. Vor allem der Jugendstil, die kommentierende Retrospektive und die Art wie Edgar über seinen "Vorgänger" Werther lamentiert, hat mich immer wieder amüsiert. Die erste Hälfte hat mir allerdings besser gefallen, in der zweiten ging es mir zu viel um die Arbeit auf dem Bau und den Bau der Farbpistole.
Interessant finde ich den Fakt, dass das Ende der ersten Fassung (damals noch Theaterskript) für den Roman geändert wurde (
Spoilerim Roman stirbt Edgar am Ende an einem Stromschlag, in der ersten Fassung versucht er sich hingegen (erfolglos) das Leben zu nehmen
).
