A little bit of a biased review I guess because I will read absolutely anything that Ali Hazelwood writes. But I adore this book. I loved all of the characters and their development, and the chess setting was just incredible. The story has all the fluff, romance, (some cringe I guess) but some amazing female (and bi) representation too.

This might be my new favourite Ali Hazelwood book, they just keep getting better and better.

i can’t believe i read this book in a day 💀 it was just that good

I am a Queen's Gambit girlie through and through, so I absolutely loved this book. I also find it fascinating when chess is described similar to an obsession...
