„She’s sunlight and fresh air. She makes me feel like for the first time in a long time I can let go and simply be.“

I love this book and I am so excited to read about the side characters here in the following books !
The first chapter was already capturing and it just continued like that. There wasn’t a second I felt bored because of everything happening and the changes of scenery.

I loved the chemistry between Patton and Raquel/Rocky just as much as I loved their troubled past.
The book is told from both perspectives of the main characters. Because of this I felt like i could feel with the characters and understand their emotions. You can see how good they are for each other and how they help the other one with personal struggles. Rocky helps Patton to find joy in life and heal from past traumatic experiences. At the same time Patton (unknowingly) leads Rocky to finally understand and reconnect to her sister. Misunderstandings are are eliminated and through scandals, trust and love Rocky and Patton find home in each other.

Boss of me is the first book in the stand-alone series “Fighting for love” (followed by 2. Wait for Me 3. Here with Me and 4. Reckless Kiss) and I highly recommend it!
