I enjoyed this. It was more drama and less cerebral than I usually read, but the main character was likeable, and she had good people around her when she needed them - which is pretty much all you need, really.
I got distracted about halfway through with some research, so perhaps I enjoyed it a bit less than I would have done had read it straight through. But it was still worth reading.

Enjoyed the audio narration. Liked the character development and variety. The hopping back and forth between memories with Gran and back to present day. Coupling at the end was kinda a stretch, but overall finished it super fast bc wanted to know how the mystery would end

i like the cozy mystery vibe and the fact that the mc was neurodivergent, i feel like that perspective is not one you hear a lot in books. i thought that the killer reveal was good, but not necessarily insanely shocking because it wasnt really a character you knew well/trusted. i love the end with her and juan
I thought this was a very good portrayal of a character in the autism spectrum who is making her way through the world. It was very emotional in places but also hopeful and charming. There was depth to all the characters and some unexpected twists.
I really enjoyed this book - a light, easy read, considering the subject matter. All the loose ends tied up, with some unexpected bits - not in a jump scare kind of way.
It was nice to read a book with an ND person, though at times it almost felt like a stereotype of someone autistic. I really enjoyed the relationship between Molly and her friends from the hotel in the end it was hard warming
