Billy and Me

I liked Billy and Me enough to want to read on, but I didn't quite connect to Billy in the way I wanted to. I wanted to know why Sophie was so hooked on him when to me, his character was somewhat bland. He was so easily influenced by his peers and he was an overall forgettable character; which is bad when his name is in the title!

Sophie however saved the book for me. She was strong, spunky in her own way, and overall didn't let anyone stand between her and her dreams. I look forward to reading more.

I loved this, a lovely easy chick-flick.

I've read enough fanfiction through my teenage years to say that at first, the book felt like nothing more than that. If you feel that way however, I urge you to power through, because what results after that is absolutely amazing.

I loved Molly, and most of the other characters were filled with so much depth but I did feel myself constantly irritated with Sophie. That said, I still laughed and cried my way through the book so I gave it 4 stars

Wasn't loving it and with so many amazing books I want to get to decided I wouldn't continue.

Such a sweet little story

This kind of read like fan-fiction, however, I liked it overall and read it quite fast. I did have a few issues with it here and there, but at the end of the day- I wasn't expecting a profound, extremely memorable read, so therefore it was what I wanted.
Cute, funny and oddly realistic compared to other stories of a similar ilk.

Excellently written with the perfect amount of detail (it bother me when authors are overly descriptive or not descriptive enough). The story flowed seamlessly and was incredibly believable, much made it all the more enjoyable.

I adored this book, it's right up my street and is very similar to a story I started writing for my creative writing module at uni a couple of years ago. I finished it and went straight out and brought the follow-up book 'Always With Love'.

3.75⭐️- I read this book when I was like 15 and loved it so when I saw it in a charity shop I really wanted to see if it was as good as I remembered.

The first half was a bit jumpy, missing big chunks of time sometimes making it feel a bit harder to love but the second half of the book is so good and really captured my heart. But overall a really nice book to read
