Weakest of the books. Felt rushed. The main character felt like I was reading a different person compared to how he was written in other books. Just didn’t work for me.

I think knowing the kind of person Gibsie is makes his trauma even more devastating than the others. My heart broke reading what happened to him. I think him and Claire are cute but Claire can get kind of noting at times. She is sunshine which is cute. I also feel really bad for Lizzie. She kind of was made out to be a bit of a villain in this book but I just know there’s so much to uncover there.

Not my favorite in the series. This one definitely reads a little more “high school” I wish the first 2/3 of this book would have been as good as the last 1/3. The subject matter was once again so heavy but I don’t feel like Chloe dug into this one as well. She’s so good at writing emotions and this could have been done a little better. This is Claire and Gibsies story, but I felt like they spent too much time talking about how perfect the other couples were. I did enjoy the humor brought to us by Joey and Aoife, that was a fun twist. Need to read it because you need the story but I was just a tad disappointed.
