The tension could’ve been played out muuuuuuuch longer. And the writing was quite boring.
But, I did read it in one day. Sooooo…. Probably because it was a little smutty and fast-paced. And though I thought the plot was kind of far-fetched, I didn’t actually see it coming that

Miss Little Girl had a crush on Mr Man

So I suppose that was fun. Age Gap was alright (Josi says that’s my Trauma talking) *shrugs*

This one was super fun. Overall, I really liked this series as a whole, but I can tell these are not Devney's recent releases. This one is a brother's best friend and so so good. I am really happy that I read this series, and really looking forward to reading even more Devney Perry this year!

This may be the shortest review I’ve ever written, so let’s get into it🥴

This. Book. Was. PERFECT!!!!😩

Every bit of it, from start to finish, had me absolutely hooked. I literally DEVOURED this!! Yall know I love a good age gap book, but when you throw in a dash of GrumpyxSunshine?! *chef’s freaking KISS*

Wilder Abbott, THE MAN YOU ARE!!!😩🤭 Like I’m literally ready to pack my bags and move to Montana to find one of him🥲

And my girl Iris?! She is THE definition of a badass FMC! She’s sassy, witty, and was not taking anyone’s crap and I absolutely loved her!

Now I will say this: her brother really pissed me OFF😂🙄 especially at the end. BIG HOWEVER!! Iris held her own and said what she needed to say and I loved her even more for it!

And of course, the spice was SPICING!!!!🥵 Did I expect the spice to hit at chapter 9?

Not at all!😂

Did I enjoy every spicy hot second of it?

HELL. YES.🙂‍↕️

This is hands down my favorite Devney Perry book (so far😉)! I’m so sad that this series is over, but this book was definitely a great way to end it!

Dare I say that this is my favorite book of 2025 so far?😜
