This book was much harder to get into than the first two. The first 100 pages dragged, there was no introduction and much too much secondhand embarrassment/ discomfort for my taste. The first book in this series where some of the characters were absolutely loathesome. It did pick up, plot wise, and become very interesting as it went on, but I missed the London setting. Not nearly enough of Davis, one of my favorite characters. Hoping for a better experience with the next one.
