There were a lot of ways that Pavlov could have brought conflict into Hayes & Savannah’s relationship and while she did explore a few of them I was really pleased that she didn’t go too heavy handed with any of them. The biggest, and the most important from the beginning, is the miscommunication trope so you have to be OK with a lot of teasing exactly what happened 10 years ago. Once it’s out in the open (maybe around halfway thru), things advance a lot quicker but the grudge that Savannah holds and the cryptic-ness of her reasons might be a little off-putting for some. The others are telegraphed pretty well but I felt like they were handled well and left me quite satisfied with the path that Hayes and Savannah find themselves on.
Pavlov’s conclusion to the Magnolia Falls series is sweet and humorous, with a nice bit of drama thrown in to keep things interesting. And while I haven’t read all of the books in this series, during the couple I did read I got to know these guys well enough that it made me very happy to see them all find that HEA that they deserve. Now to wait for what she’s gonna bring us next :)

What an amazing and epic conclusion to the Magnolia Falls series!
4.5⭐️
I LOVED this world, these boys, and the amazing friendship they have with each other RoD <3. Seeing Hayes get his happily ever after was everything I hoped it would be. The woman in this series were beautiful inside and out and I am beyond obsessed with them. Hayes was the brute grumpy guy in the group from the very beginning after this horrid ex-girlfriend and finally understanding him and what he went through to get to where he is was truly inspiring and it mad me appreciate everything he did for Saylor and the man he became.
Grumpy x sunshine? Sign me up every single time!
Hayes is all but lost until he hears a that a certain someone is back in town… Savannah Abbott his childhood best friend who up and left for ten years and cutting him off completely. Even with al this time part Savannah and Hayes have a pull that can’t be denied no matter how much time has passed, and ow that she’s back with some unforeseen circumstances she must find a husband within a month, and who do you know comes to help her… our boy Hayes. I absolutely loved Savannah she throws herself into everything, her work, the people she loves and gives up parts of herself that never compromise her but it just shows that is a woman that’s rare, I did find that the reason they stopped taking to be a little dramatic but Hayes definitely stood his ground and made sure to reconnect with her in the best ways.
I do hate the miscommunication trope, but I am a sucker for a great second-chance romance, and I was here for it not just the romance but the friendship that was rekindled between these two, they were best friends first and lovers second and I think that just made the book so much better. Laura really knew how to weave everything together and, in the end, this was a beautiful conclusion and this huge family these boys all created. I really id love the change in Hayes too, I was waiting for someone to knock some m sense into him! That’s why I love these boys they have amazing banter and I love the group chat!! But we grew with these characters, and I loved how they were able to see Hayes in a different light because Savannah brought out the best in him. Beefcake he is just pure love, I need Laura to make a second-generation book of all the kids because I will not get over this series for a while.
Thank you to Valentine PR and Laura for a ARC of this book in exchange for an honest review! I recommend this whole series it’s amazing! I cant wait for her new series

Didn’t want it to end
Love love this book! Perfect way to end the series even though I didn’t want it to! By far best friends to lovers, redemption story I’ve read! I love how Laura’s books have real life lessons you can relate to.

A small town marriage of convenience between childhood best friends who have reconnected?? Say less! Laura my small town queen has nailed it with this one. Like the rest of the series this book is fabulous. Hayes is such a babe. We love a hot grumpy firefighter. And Savannah? What a sweet but strong FMC. They are just a match made in heaven. They see and understand one another in ways no one else does. They really are each other’s better half and soulmate. I loved seeing them reconnect after all this time both rebuilding their friendship and finally acting on the love they’ve always shared. As always, the found family vibes are immaculate. I just love this friend group they truly are the best little family. Honorable mention to the group chat and all the comedy those scenes deliver. This book is great for fans of All Too Well by Corinne Michaels. I cannot recommend this book (or series) enough!

3.75⭐️- Liked this overall. Really didn’t like that a moment of misunderstanding and miscommunication led to their time apart but it made it all the better when they gave in and admitted their true feelings.
