Hace mucho no leía un romance tan tan divertido y entretenido. La quimica entre los personajes, el paso del odio al romance? Espectacular, 5 estrellas obviamente. La forma en la que esta escrito el libro te atrapa de tal manera que no pude soltarlo ni un solo segundo hasta terminarlo. Me encanto la relacion entre los protagonistas, como ella discute consigo misma en su cabeza cuando no comprende sus sentimientos. El "banter", la forma en que discuten medio en serio medio en broma es maravilloso y me huzo largar carcajadas en voz alta. No puedo parar de recomendarlo si quieren leer una comedia romatica con vibes a la peli "The Proposal" 🩷🩷🩷
sooo fun and bantery and sexy!!!! A NEW ALL TIME FAVE and my first 5 star read of the year lfg i could not put it down and read the majority of it in one day ugh i was hooked and knew from the first few paragraphs that i’d love this. it was perfect i feel sooo giddy :DDD

Okay, so I just finished this book, and damn-it's been a while since a book hit me like this. It was beautifully written, and the moment I saw the Enemies to Lovers trope, I knew I was going to devour it. But what I didn't expect? The way it wrecked me.
The characters? Immaculate. The chemistry? Off the charts. The vibes? Chef's kiss.
It had everything I want in a book:

✓Witty Banter? A BIG YESSS.
✓Slow Burn? Oh, absolutely.
✓Spicy Romance? Yes.
✓ One Bed Trope? YOU KNOW IT.

First, the FL-she is pure energy. We love a savage woman with a sharp tongue who knows how to hold her own. From the first page to the last, she owned me. You just know she's gonna be a whole vibe when she has red hair and she's a lawyer (if you know, you know). She's smart, gorgeous, and effortlessly iconic.
And the ML? Whew. Let's just say Capricorns have a thing, and this book only confirmed it. He was so well-written, and his character growth was chef's kiss. Relatable, broody, and absolutely something to God (iykyk).
Together? Absolute magic. Their banter was everything-1 was literally laughing while reading, which rarely happens for me. That's when I knew this was gonna be a 5-star read.
BookTok, Bookstagram, and Book Twt were so right about this one. I should have picked it up sooner, but hey, better late than never. There are very few hyped books that actually deserve the hype, and this one? Certified worthy. If you disagree... well, I fear your taste is questionable.

I was hesitating to put this on my Goodreads/Storygraph because the title is embarrassing but tbh I have read way worse books. This one is very similar to A Deal With The Devil by Elizabeth o'Roark (I mean, they basically have the same title), which I also enjoyed. Ofc it's got its weak spots, sometimes the FMC's behavior can be really contradictory and the "banter" can be cringy, but otherwise it was a good time and I stayed up until 2am reading it in one go. A good hit for the enemies-to-lovers spot.
