A little cringey but lighthearted and what I wouldn’t do to get in the middle of that twin sandwich

Well, I can't say I didn't expect one of the Knox's to show up and drag Amelie back to the Academy, but I definitely didn't see what would happen when she returned. After what she did before she left for Australia, Amelie has made a lot of dangerous enemies in the Academy she has to call home. She refuses to forgive the Knoxes, so she forms an even closer friendship with Baxter when he helps to protect her. Unbeknownst to her, the Knoxes have traded in favors with Baxter to get his help protecting and looking after Amelie although he considers her a friend. Her relationships with the Knox boys grow throughout term two, as does her knowledge of the Order and some of its secrets. We see all of the Knox guys realize they can't and don't want to live without her and vice-versa, although each guy is so very different. After proving herself to the Order, this duo leaves us off on an explosive cliffhanger that will leave you wanting for term three!

This book was slightly better than the 1st one, but still not for me. Why did I read the 2nd book?! I won't be reading the 3rd.

Boy oh Boy did a lot come out in this book. Amelie is totally killing it with the whole Order initiation. I loved that she made the guys work for her forgiveness even though she found it difficult. That ending though!!!

I have one thing to say, hated the ending. I really just hated the cliffhanger and how it was left off. It also had me hooked just like the 1st one. I highly recommend this book
