I don’t really remember when I read this or how I liked it so I’m honestly just guessing. I read these volumes so fast that I didn’t remember to mark them as read on goodreads.

This is a train wreck that I can't seem to look away from. The recurring theme I have is despising how 'femininity' is portrayed in all its toxic, sexist stereotypes. Glad that we have Murao and Kominato here to try and speak truths to their friends' bullshit.

Oof. I wanted Toma to take his shot but the boy is just the seemingly Nice Guy boyfriend who is actually just controlling with a smile as he won't take no for an answer.

Damn, I don't like what I'm seeing—Kou, you're so stupid, I hate you. But Narumi is the worst! And Toma's existence is pissing me off as well. I mean, he's sweet and all but I don't like him now because he's shooting cannons on my ship. I just want to cry, but there are still 4 volumes left and I know this anxiety will drag on a little while longer.

I’m a Toma stan. Toma and Kominato can truly do no wrong to me. Am I glad that Kou finally realized Narumi was doing shady stuff? Yes. But I’m annoyed he knew she was doing shady things and never called her out on it fully. Grief will make you do stupid or selfish things, sure, but it is not your responsibility to carry someone else’s grief for them.

Also: love Yuri and Uchimiya together 🥺

WHY IS KIKUCHI SO CUTE.

I dislike Narumi. I know her role kinda stopped in the previous books but she’s so manipulative :/
medium-paced

I don’t feel bad for him. at. all. In here being indecisive and wishy-washy and you got your girl taken. I know Kou was torn up when boyfriend answered from the windowpane. Can I help you, sir? You’ve business with my girlfriend, hmm?

On the same note, Toma is just way too content being a rebound. But he’s growing on Futaba. But countdown until the inevitable
