This book was kind of confusing to me. The summary wasn’t a good representation of the whole book, and the main plot point happens really early on in the book. The rest of the book is spent on character development but by the end, the characters didn’t really seem to develop. The chemistry between the MCs was glossed over and I didn’t really feel it so them getting together as quickly as they did, especially after both of them had bad previous relationships, seemed far-fetched and I wasn’t convinced. Both MCs have a lot of self doubts and they don’t ever get resolved or really dealt with before the book ends. I liked the premise of the story but I think it could have been done better
