Hilarious. It probably feels a little old by today's standards, but having read some older stuff lately, Ketchum had some pretty good gags in here. He's excellent at choosing just the right composition to focus the reader on an event that is easily and quickly understood and perfectly complements his caption. I think only twice did I have to look at the picture a second or third time to get the gag.
