Whole bunch of nothing. This book had no plot and the tropes were misleading
i really liked it but why’d she have to get pregnant 😔 and also it makes me sad when couples split up because they think it’s for the best like have a chat about it guys don’t be silly 🙏
I love tennis especially Wimbledon so this one was a good one for me. I enjoyed the flat share part of it and the whole “enemies” to lovers plot always makes me happy
thank you so much to head of zeus for a review copy!
match point follows Flora, an aspiring artist who decides to finally write her graphic novel by booking a holiday during the Wimbledon tennis tournament, and rents out her flat for two weeks to none other than Kieran O'Sullivan, the infamous bad boy tennis player who is a big grump.
when her holiday falls through and she can't find another accommodation, she tells Kieran to find somewhere to go as she won't be able to rent out her flat after all, but he refuses so they end up sharing the flat. i mean, what could happen right...?
this was such a cute sports romance and i loved how it started with Kieran being a big grump and her not having it to them slowly opening up to each other. i loved Kieran and seeing his soft side and how he really is, and how Flora was the one to bring that out in him!!
