This book was wholesome and just besutiful to see these two people fall in love and deal with adult problems.
Sadly the writing was a bit jumpy and unclear at time with who was speaking and who was doing what with the pronouns usage instead of names.
The middle was a bit dragging but overall i enjoyed the book and its important representation and has deserved its place.

another book that took me like a year to read but it’s okay because it’s actually really cute.
Loved the portrayal of friends and family and how they can support you. Ebony LaDelle shows young adults how your dream can be manifested in several ways and how none of us need to go it alone. That you can love who you are in that moment. Then change if you want to. Love how it's a an homage to a city that is NOT New York. And, being of a certain age, all the old hits mentioned made me bust out my headphones.
